PDF to Image Converter is a handy software tool developed by OverPDF whose purpose is to convert your PDF (Portable Document Format) documents into some of the most popular graphic formats, such as BMP, JPEG, GIF, PNG, and TIFF. The program supports batch conversion, which allows you to convert many files at once, thus saving precious time.

The program is very light and easy to use. Its main user interface permits you to add the PDF files to be converted on a one by one basis, several files at a time, or even entire folders, which will be carefully analyzed to select only the PDF files contained in them. All your files are displayed and listed on a special panel, which you can clear completely at any time using the "Remove All" button.

You can choose the output format from among 8- or 24-bit BMP, JPEG, GIF, 8- and 24-bit PCX, 4- and 8-bit monochrome, 8-bit gray, 24-bit PNG, and 24-bit TIFF. Besides, you are given the option to set your preferred output width and height in pixels, change the default output folder, and tell the program to create a subfolder for each set of resulting images.

The conversion process is very quick, and the results are in accordance with the expected outcome. However, the trial version of the program allows you to test if for up to 30 days only, and will stamp a "OverPDF Free Trial" watermark on all output files.
